  • Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and the estimated shipping time is generally 2-7 business days for domestic orders within the USA, and generally 7-16 business days for international orders.


FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:

  • Refunds will not be granted for orders returned to us, due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are available for their order's delivery and/or arrange collection of their package, once their order has shipped.
  • If you are not home to receive your delivery, your package may be held at your local post office for collection (including applicable duties/taxes, if you are an international customer, outside of the USA).
  • We cannot guarantee your local carrier will leave a "missed delivery" notice, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery time frame, please refer to your tracking number, or contact us.
  • ClosetCupid.com does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable.

  • Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package. For further information, please contact your local customs office.



CANADIAN ORDERS DISCLAIMER:

  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost, and it will be collected upon delivery from the shipping carrier(s) for certain packages.
